Using U-Dream®

Full Night Formula: Take a single dose (1 capsule) orally, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Lite Formula: Take a single dose (1 capsule) orally, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime or upon waking in the middle of the night to obtain an additional 4/5 hours of sleep. 


HEALTH CANADA CONSIDERATIONS:

DO NOT USE FOR MORE THAN THREE WEEKS CONTINUOUSLY, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN IF SLEEP PROBLEMS PERSIST.

**Caution: It is recommended not to take U dream for more than 3 weeks as the extended use of psychoactive plants may develop withdrawal symptoms (such as anxiety, palpitations and so forth) in certain individuals prone to addictive behaviour. This is not common, but may happen to some people as with any plant with psychoactive calming effects. U-Dream is designed to assist your natural sleeping cycles, but works best when used intermittently.

As such, the use of this product is solely the responsibility of the individual user.

Sleep aid to promote entering sleep. Helps relieve nervousness with calmative and sedative effects.

Recommended route of administration: Oral

Recommended dose: Adults take one capsule at bedtime or as otherwise recommended by a health-care practitioner. Not recommended for children.

Cautions and Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if you have the following: persistent sleeplessness for more than 3 weeks, a liver disorder, problems with blood coagulation, heat excess, spleen or stomach deficiencies and/or acute infections. Do not operate machinery, drive a vehicle or involve yourself in activities requiring mental alertness within 7 to 8 hours of consumption.

Known Adverse Reactions

Some people may experience drowsiness. Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite  may be symptoms of liver disease. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, lack of energy and/or heart palpitations, discontinue use immediately and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergies) may occur in which case discontinue use.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you experience digestive problems such as indigestion, poor appetite, diarrhea, fullness in the abdomen or abdominal pain. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
